Air Fryer Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into large chunks

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper



Instructions:


  1. Marinate the Chicken:

    • In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

    • Add the chicken chunks to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best flavor.


  2. Air Fry the Chicken:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

    • Arrange the marinated chicken chunks in a single layer in the basket. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.

    • Air fry for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).


  3. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
