Chicken Jerky:


1 lb boneless chicken breasts

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika


  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices about 1/8 inch thick.

  2. Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

  3. Preheat your air fryer to 160°F for around 5 minutes.

  4. Lay the chicken slices on the air fryer basket in a single layer with space in between them.

  5. Air fry for 2-3 hours or until the jerky is completely dry.

  6. Store in an airtight container.

Sweet Potato Treats:


1 large sweet potato

1 egg

1/4 cup oat flour

1/4 cup coconut flour


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.

  2. Peel and dice the sweet potato.

  3. Boil the sweet potato until it is fork-tender, then mash it in a large bowl.

  4. Add the egg, oat flour, and coconut flour to the mashed sweet potato and mix until well combined.

1/2 pack of bacon

10 asparagus spears

1 tsp olive oil

2 cups oat flour

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 egg


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  3. Knead the dough for about a minute, then roll it out onto a floured surface about 1/4 inch thick.

  4. Cut the dough into shapes using cookie cutters.

  5. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the treats on top.

1 cup cooked quinoa

  2. Pulse the cooked quinoa, assorted vegetables, and cheddar cheese in a food processor until well combined.
