Frozen Food Air Fryer Cheat Sheet
One page. Straight from the freezer. No thawing, no oven.
Rules that apply to everything below: cook from frozen, single layer only (crowded food steams, it doesn't crisp), flip or shake halfway through, and check that meat hits 165°F inside. Every air fryer runs a little different — start checking a couple of minutes early the first time you cook something new.
Frozen foods
Item | Temp | Time | Details |
French bread pizza (e.g., Sabatasso's) | 360°F | 8–10 min | Single layer, don't overlap. Check at 7 min; add 1–2 min for extra-crispy crust. |
Frozen personal pizza (e.g., Caulipower) | 360°F | 9–12 min | Cut to fit the basket if needed; cheese should be bubbly, crust golden. |
Pot pie, 10 oz (e.g., Marie Callender's) | 360°F | 35–40 min | Leave it in its foil tray. Tent the crust with foil if it browns too fast. Rest 5–10 min before eating — the filling is lava. |
Chicken wings (raw, bone-in) | 380°F | 20 min, then 5 min at 400°F | Flip halfway. Done at 165°F inside. |
Buffalo wings, frozen (e.g., TGI Fridays) | 375°F | 12–15 min, then 2–3 min at 400°F | Flip halfway. Toss in extra sauce after cooking if you want more heat. |
Corn dogs (e.g., Bar-S) | 375°F | 8–10 min | Flip halfway. Optional 1–2 min at 400°F for extra crunch. |
Egg rolls (e.g., Pagoda pork) | 390°F | 10–12 min | Turn once halfway. Add 2 min at 400°F at the end for extra crisp. |
Toasted ravioli (e.g., Louisa beef) | 400°F | 6–8 min | Flip or shake halfway. Sprinkle parmesan right after cooking. |
Mozzarella sticks | 380°F | 6–8 min | Check at 5 min — pull them as soon as they're golden. Overcooked sticks burst. |
French fries, frozen | 400°F | 15–18 min | Shake halfway. Thin cuts: 10–14 min. Waffle fries: 10–12 min. |
Taquitos / mini tacos (general guide) | 400°F | 8–10 min | Flip halfway. Cook until the shell is crisp and the filling is hot. |
Chicken nuggets (general guide) | 400°F | 10–12 min | Shake halfway. Done when golden and 165°F inside. |
Onion rings (general guide) | 375°F | 8–10 min | Single layer; flip halfway so the coating crisps evenly. |
Jalapeño poppers (general guide) | 380°F | 8–10 min | Filling should be hot and bubbly; don't overcook or the cheese escapes. |
Tater tots (general guide) | 400°F | 12–15 min | Shake halfway. Extra time = extra crunch. |
Fish sticks (general guide) | 400°F | 10–12 min | Flip halfway. Done when golden and flaky. |
The 5 rules on the back of the card
1. From frozen, never thawed. Thawed frozen food goes soggy.
2. Single layer, always. If it doesn't fit in one layer, cook in batches.
3. Flip or shake halfway. Every time. It's the difference between crispy and half-crispy.
4. 165°F for meat. Wings, nuggets, anything with chicken or pork — thermometer, not guesswork.
5. Rest it a minute. Cheese and fillings are molten when they come out. A minute of patience saves a burned mouth.

Rows marked "(general guide)" are standard air-fryer guidance, not from a site post. Your air fryer may run hotter or cooler — check early the first time.
