Ingredients:

  • 4 spicy Italian sausage links

  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), sliced into strips

  • 1 medium onion, sliced into strips

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Steps:


Prepare the Vegetables:

  1. Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.



Air Frying Steps:

  1. Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.

  2. Cook the Sausages: Place the sausage links in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for even cooking. Air fry at 375°F for 6 minutes.

  3. Add the Vegetables: Open the air fryer, push the sausages to one side, and add the seasoned peppers and onions to the other side of the basket.

  4. Continue Cooking: Air fry everything together for another 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sausages are browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F) and the vegetables are tender.
